Every morning without thinking much I get up and wash my face That’s day I’m able to go for a run 20 mins before I take my pre running snacks The most difficult step in running is that one step which you take to go out of your house door Now our body and muscles are all ready for the run Proper running makes you physically and mentally fit For proper running your running posture is very important The way your carry your body while running is called posture Ok guys so when you run in your body your heart makes the blood flow fast And this blood flows to your muscles Then to your tissues But if your posture is not correct Then for your muscles to get blood flow will be difficult that’s why posture in running is very important Now lets talk about What is correct running posture your position of head should be straight. Not left or right Your chin has to be at a 90 degree This is collar bone So make your hand like this So, keep your hand like this on your collar bone and your finger should touch your chin It is so simple This was for your head There are a few who run like this So, doing this your speed decreases Because your crossing your hands and this can cause you injuries Like this you should wave your hands while running. Straight! The direction you’re running, your hands should be waving in that direction Balance and Run With comfort and smooth While running your core is very important There are some while running have their hips muscles behind Which is completely wrong Your actual hip position should be stretched in the direction of running foot strike is very important So, the foot while landing should not be landing at ankle or at the toes position It should be a proper middle foot landing Whatever workout you do, be it kickboxing, yoga,etc and specially running. Breathing is very important If you do the breathing properly The oxygen level in your body is maintained And you don’t get tired easily So this is very beneficial in long runs your stamina also gets boosted While running it is recommended to breath from your mouth and nose and if you’re only breathing from nose your oxygen intake in your body will be less Like you see behind there is a wave patten. A Rhythm like moment Similarly breathing also should have a rhythm Like a rhythmic pattern if you’re running long runs at a medium pace then your breathing pattern should two step inhale and two step exhale Deeper the breathing longer your runs can be Sometimes I try to inhale in three steps and exhale in two steps suppose you’re running fast then inhale in two step and exhale in one step So, in short your breathing will decide your running distance you get tired only when your brain convinces you that you’re tired
