Move Day – Cone Health Women’s & Children’s Center

We’ve been preparing for this move for
18 months. We worked with an internationally well known company to
plan for the move and there is meticulous planning and spreadsheets
detailing every job that’s necessary for this move. We have a big team of more
than 260 people with every job outline across every spectrum of our workforce
and together they’re attending to the safety of the patients, making certain we
have every piece of equipment that we need and everything is working like a
well-orchestrated machine. Timing was perfect it was scheduled at 7:00 and we
started at 7:00 which is pretty good and then she was strapped with me which II
which was pretty good I mean I didn’t feel anything unsafe or anything. Then it
was like five minutes drive after we went into the ambulance so it was pretty
cool. There’s such high energy the teams are working well together and our
patients are coming at regular intervals. The plan is going exactly as we
anticipated I’m pretty impressed with Cone Health because when actually this
is my scheduled c-section and we knew that we I am having c-section on 22nd
and then I’m going to transfer here on 23rd but I was really confident on
Cone Health so I didn’t have that problem to schedule it on 22nd. I’m so excited to
tell our community we’re open for business
