  4. @OFFICIALTHENX Chris Heria this is what i was looking for, how to do those moves on the bar, they are advanced but doing those moves will be my milestone for my i made it moment if i can do them 5 times in a row i will feel like i succeeded in calisthenics.

  7. Recently I have completed the step by step motion of a muscle up. I have noticed however that after the 1st 2, that my form sucks! My left arms explosive movement going up is weaker than the right arm. Any advice on how to strengthen my left arm?

  8. Chris thank you for motivating me at 40 years old and being a former MMA fighter and studying various form of martial arts over many years. I just went on a 9 day water fast, followed by the OMAD diet which I will be following indefinitely to cut weight and stay healthier eating only healthy and nutritious foods. I work offshore 14 days and I am only home for 7 days so doing any backflips, handstands and a few other safety concerning exercises won't be possible until I'm home, but I love using my own body weight to train and am a firm believer in it. Your videos are inspiring and motivating and I appreciate it for sharing your experience, tips, life and exercises with us all.

  13. Hi, I am just starting calisthenics and found your channel. I love you videos and how you emphasize perfect form. I am extremely overweight and am at the very bottom of every progression but am starting to lose weight and want to gain strength. I can't yet do a deep squat because my ankles aren't flexible enough but I still want to get stronger legs. I was wondering if explosive squats (as far down as I can go with my heels on the ground) would be better than starting to try pistol squats.

  15. Is dips good for your shoulder? I saw a video about it that it can mess up your shoulder rotation or something but it's kinda bad in its own way and I stop doing it. Any thoughts?
