Daily exercise: get rid of eye strain and improve vision naturally


We warm up the eyes by rubbing your hands together 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 stop place both palms on top of your eyes like that and hold it for 10 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and gently release those hands from the eyes side of your temple like that and push it in and release the pressure from the side of the eye and close your eyes and hold that for 10 seconds and each time you just press it 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 hold it for 10 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and slowly release your hand from the eye and gently open your eyes so next you wanna do rub your palm again 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10, stop and place your palms on top of your eyes and move it in the circle motion like this way so like that 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and now we reverse it 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 stop hold this for 10 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and gently release your palms from your eyes and open your eyes now you can blink your eyes 10 times 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 so massage your palms again and place on the side of your eyes and go like that 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 release your palm using your phoenix eyes like that put it between your nose push it in and then 1 on top of your eyeball ready? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and push the side of your finger onto your eyeball and hold it for 10 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 hold it for 5 more seconds 5 4 3 2 1 and gently release your hand from the eyes and open your eyes massage your palms together for 10 more seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and place the palm on top of your eyes and rest for 10 more seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and stay where we are for 5 more seconds 5 4 3 2 1 and hang on and release your palms and gently open your eyes use your phoenix eyes on top of your eyeballs and push it in 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and hold it for another 10 more seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and gently release your fingers from the eyes and open your eyes massage your palms together and place the palm on top of your eyes and hold for 10 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 hang on for 5 more seconds 1 2 3 4 5 and gently release your palms and open your eyes the next thing you wanna do is to blink your eyes 10 times 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and then massage your palms together for 10 more seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 stop and place your palms on your eyes hold it for 10 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and stay on for 5 more seconds 5 4 3 2 1 and gently release your palm from your eyes and gently open your eyes do this for 3 weeks and you will start to feel better

  4. 21 aug- Hey Austin. I did this excercise twice yesterday and you won't believe I wake up 1 hr earlier this morning. I had a pain in my right eye from the last week. But today ii am feeling better. Thanks
    I will update after two weeks.🤗

    Update:. So I am doing this from the last 10 days..i missed two days in between so technically it's 8 days and trust me. This excercise has reduce my sleep. I am waking one hour earlier without any alarm and the pain in my eye is gone. I won't say it removed my specs😂 but this is actually helping my eyes. I am going to continue this because I have to work 7-8 hrs in front of screen and believe this will improve my eyesight. Thanks Austin 😊

This video definitely helps a lot.. but I’m gonna share my routine that i do except this exercise… eat 5-7 almonds before breakfast, try to eat egg with the breakfast, eat fennel seeds 5-6 times per day, use eyecane drops before using phone or laptop .. believe me it’s gonna help you a lot..! Try this for a week and thanks me later 🙂
